The following special enrollment conditions are given to the winners of the 2^nd Stage Universal Ukrainian contest – defense of scientific and research works of the students – members of Sumy territorial department of the Ministry of Academy of Science of Ukraine:

• Illya K. Stryzhak ( School 7, Sumy – ІІІ place) – without examinations to all the technical specialties;
• Yury V. Ganychenko (School 10, Sumy – І place) – without examinations to all the technical specialties;
• Maxym S. Martynchuk (School 9, Sumy – ІІ place) – without examinations to all the technical specialties;
