SUMY STATE UNIVERSITY CARRIES OUT ADMISSION TO ACCESS COURSES

Access courses of the SSU function with the purpose of rendering help to university entrants in their preparation towards entrance examinations.

For university entrants there exist access courses with different terms of learning: 2 and 1,5-yeared courses for pupils of 10th classes; 6, 4, 3 months and one month for pupils of the 11th forms.

Form of education: daily, extra-mural.
Reception of applications: during the year.
Start of the studies: as a group is formed.
Studies: Saturday – 15⁰⁰ - 18⁰⁰, Sunday - 8⁰⁰ - 14⁰⁰

The students of the access courses, who become enrolled for technical and economic specialties, in case of successful graduation of PC and in the presence of contract for special preparation by the enterprise are admitted for passing pre-term entrance examinations in the SSU. According to the results of these examinations they can be took in to the places of budget financing. The students who did not enter the university on preferential terms have a possibility to take part in a general contest with the sum of marks of pre-term examinations or try to pass entrance examinations on general terms.
